Syfy has released the Official Synopsis of Van Helsing episode “Seen You” (1.02), to be aired on Friday, September 23 at 11:00-12:00 PM.
OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS
In the days leading up to “The Rising,” Vanessa is attacked and left for dead by an intruder. When Doc discovers anomalies in Vanessa’s bloodwork, Axel and the marines come to retrieve the body, only to become marooned in the hospital when all hell breaks loose outside the building.
“Van Helsing” stars is starring Kelly Overton as Vanessa Van Helsing, Terry Chen as Brendan, Rukiya Bernard as Doc, Vincent Gale as Flesh, Oliver Mahoro Smith as Mohamed, Paul Johansson as Dmitri, Jonathan Scarfe as Axel, David Cubitt as John, Hillary Jardine as Susan, Christopher Heyerdahl as Sam and Aleks Paunovic as Julius.
Van Helsing is a total re-imagination of a timeless brand, set in a world dominated and controlled by vampires. Vanessa Helsing is the last hope for survival, as she unknowingly awakens to discover she has a unique blood composition that makes her not only immune to vampires, but with the ability to turn a vampire human. With this secret weapon, Vanessa becomes a prime target for the vampires, while trying to save humanity.
