History has released the Official Synopsis of Vikings episode “The Departed – Part 2” (5.02) that will be aired on Wednesday, November 29 at 10:00-11:00 PM.
Tensions mount between the sons of Ragnar Lothbrok as the Vikings continue to threaten the very heart of England. As the Great Army moves to take York, with King Aethelwulf and his family still in hiding, Heahmund, the warrior bishop, must rally the Saxons to defend the Realm.
VIKINGS is starring Katheryn Winnick as Lagertha, Gustaf Skarsgård as Floki, Alexander Ludwig as Bjorn, Alex Høgh Andersen as Ivar the Boneless, Jordan Smith as Ubbe, Marco Ilso Hvitserk and Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Bishop Heahmund.

The gripping family saga of Ragnar, Rollo, Lagertha and Bjorn continues as alliances and loyal friendships are questioned, faith is catechized and relationships are strained.
