Fox reveals Official Synopsis of The Resident episode Peking Duck Day

Fox has released the Official Synopsis of The Resident episode “Peking Duck Day” (3.08) that will be aired on Tuesday, November 26 at 08:00-09:00 PM.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

THANKSGIVING PROVES TO BE THE MOST DANGEROUS DAY OF THE YEAR

Upon dubbing Thanksgiving “the most dangerous day of the year,” Devon and Irving are inundated with patients in the ER. When an A-list celebrity enters the hospital after swallowing a wish bone, Logan Kim assigns a new surgeon to the case in the hopes of garnering extra publicity. Meanwhile, tensions run high at the Raptor home when he hosts his biological and adoptive families for a Thanksgiving dinner and Kyle interrupts Nic and Conrad’s low-key plans.

“The Resident” is starring Matt Czuchry as Conrad Hawkins, Bruce Greenwood as Dr. Randolph Bell, Manish Datal as Devon Pravesh, Emily VanCamp as Nicolette Nevin, Shaunette Renée Wilson as Mina Okafor, Malcolm-Jamal Warner as Dr. AJ Austin, Jane Leeves as Dr. Kit Voss and Morris Chestnut as Dr. Barrett Cain.

The Resident, a provocative new medical drama, is focusing on three doctors at different stages of their careers and a dedicated young nurse, that rips back the curtain to reveal the truth of what really happens, both good and bad, in hospitals across the country.

The Resident is produced by 20th Century Fox Television, with Amy Holden Jones, Antoine Fuqua, David Boorstein, Oly Obst and Todd Harthan serve as executive producers. Phillip Noyce serves as director and executive producer
