ABC has released the Official Synopsis of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode “The End is at Hand” (7.12) that will be aired on Wednesday, August 12 at 9:00-10:00 PM.

THE END … OR THE BEGINNING? – Part ONe

With their backs against the wall and Nathaniel and Sibyl edging ever closer to eliminating S.H.I.E.L.D. from the history books, the agents must rely on their strengths to outsmart and outlast the Chronicoms.

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leopold Fitz, Henry Simmons as Director Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie, Natalia Cordova-Buckley as Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez and Jeff Ward as Deke Shaw.

Guest starring is Tamara Taylor, Thomas E. Sullivan, Dianne Doan, James Paxton, Stephen Bishop, with Bill Cobbs and Enver Gjokaj.

In Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Clark Gregg reprises his role of Agent Phil Coulson from Marvel’s feature films, as he assembles a small, highly select group of Agents from the worldwide law-enforcement organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Together they investigate the new, the strange, and the unknown across the globe, protecting the ordinary from the extraordinary.
