NBC has released the Official Synopsis of Law & Order: Organized Crime episode “The Outlaw Eddie Wagner” (2.03) that will be aired on Thursday, September 30 at 10:00-11:00 PM.

In Law & Order: Organized Crime , Elliot Stabler, returns to the NYPD to battle organized crime after a devastating personal loss.
