NBC reveals Official Synopsis of Quantum Leap episode Closure Encounters

NBC has released the Official Synopsis of Quantum Leap episode “Closure Encounters” (2.03) that will be aired on Wednesday, October 18 at 8:00-9:00 PM.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

Now a government agent, Ben investigates unexplained extraterrestrial activity. After a mysterious incident in New Mexico, two young girls’ lives are on the line. Ben meets Hannah Carson (Eliza Taylor joining the cast), who may be more than she appears.

In Quantum Leap, It’s been nearly 30 years since Dr. Sam Beckett stepped into the Quantum Leap accelerator and vanished. Now, a new team, led by physicist Ben Song (Raymond Lee), has been assembled to restart the project in hope of understanding the mysteries behind the machine and the man who created it.

“Quantum Leap” is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group with I Have an Idea! Entertainment, Belisarius Productions and Quinn’s House Productions. Steven Lilien and Bryan Wynbrandt will write and executive produce. Don Bellisario, Deborah Pratt, Ryan Lindenberg, Robert Hull and Martin Gero executive produce.
