Jennifer Beals Joins ‘NCIS: New York’ as CBS Unveils Star-Studded Cast for Franchise’s Next Chapter

The Golden Globe-nominated actress Jennifer Beals has joined the upcoming CBS Original drama NCIS: New York as a series regular, leading a cast that also includes newly announced stars Jacqueline Byers, Shane Harper and Devin Druid. They join previously announced leads LL COOL J, reprising his role as NCIS Special Agent Sam Hanna, and Scott Caan, who stars as NCIS Special Agent Nick Schaeffer.
Production on NCIS: New York begins this month in New York City. The newest installment in the long-running NCIS franchise is scheduled to premiere this fall, airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
Beals will portray Assistant Special Agent in Charge Robyn Wells, the respected leader of the NCIS New York field office. Known for her strong instincts and decisive leadership, Wells oversees a team of agents tackling high-stakes investigations in one of the nation's busiest cities.
A veteran of both film and television, Beals is best known for her performances in The L Word, Devil in a Blue Dress, Luckiest Girl Alive and The Book of Boba Fett.
Joining her is Jacqueline Byers as NCIS Special Agent Addison "Addy" Ross, a determined and resourceful investigator eager to prove herself. Byers' previous credits include Salvation, Dark Winds, Roadies, and the films Forbidden Fruits, Ice Fall and Shadow of God.
Shane Harper will play NCIS Special Agent Wyatt Hill, a fearless and highly skilled field agent whose confidence is matched only by his romantic side. Harper's television credits include Good Luck Charlie, Power Book IV: Force, Hightown, A Teacher, Awkward and Happyland.
Rounding out the team is Devin Druid as NCIS Tech Specialist Sean Sullivan, a brilliant but authority-resistant technology expert. Druid previously appeared in 13 Reasons Why, Power: Origin, Olive Kitteridge and Louie.
The new series follows Sam Hanna as he returns to his hometown of New York City, where he joins forces with Special Agent Nick Schaeffer and a new team of investigators. Together, they take on high-risk missions to protect one of the world's most important cities and ports.
