Warner Bros. Animation and DC Studios announce series greenlight for Mister Miracle

Warner Bros. Animation and DC Studios have officially greenlit Mister Miracle, a new adult animated series inspired by the Eisner Award-winning 12-issue comic from Tom King and Mitch Gerads. A network partner has yet to be announced.
This marks the second adult animated collaboration between Warner Bros. Animation and DC Studios, following the successful debut season of Creature Commandos, which is currently in production for a second season on HBO Max. Additional animated series recently announced include Starfire!, My Adventures with Green Lantern, and DC Super Powers.

Scott Free is Mister Miracle—world-famous escape artist and pop culture icon. But beyond the spectacle, Scott faces his greatest challenge yet: escaping death itself.
After building what seemed like a perfect life on Earth with his formidable wife, Big Barda, cracks begin to form. A brutal war has erupted once again between the warring worlds of Apokolips and New Genesis. Scott’s adoptive father, the tyrant Darkseid, may have finally seized the Anti-Life Equation—an apocalyptic force capable of crushing all free will and bending the universe to his control.
As the body count rises and reality itself begins to unravel, Scott is forced to confront the trauma he’s buried and the doubts gnawing at his soul. The Anti-Life Equation may already be taking root in his mind, threatening everything he holds dear—including the fragile peace he’s found with Barda.
