CIA follows FBI Special Agent Bill Goodman (Nick Gehlfuss), a rule-driven investigator who is temporarily assigned to a covert CIA/FBI task force. There, he partners with the enigmatic and unpredictable CIA operative Colin Glass (Tom Ellis). Operating out of New York, the duo tackles high-stakes missions involving international conspiracies, terrorist networks, and sensitive geopolitical threats.

As Goodman is pulled deeper into the shadowy world of intelligence work, he must quickly adapt to a reality where the rules are unclear and recognition is nonexistent—yet the stakes could not be higher.

The series is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group, in association with Wolf Entertainment and CBS Studios.
